I’ve spent two decades obsessing over the nuances of performance and relentlessly pursuing an edge both as an athlete and a coach. I am proudly able to say I have dedicated my life to this craft and have actually experienced it from both angles, giving me the ability to provide an edge that other "online fitness influencers" simply cannot. While most have started doing this in their mid-20s and their "education" largely came from Instagram reels, we are the real deal when it comes to high-performance development.
